Bodily organs are not personal property, they belong to the community, to be used for the collective good of all. Only a selfish egotist would deny other comrades the use of his organs when he/she has no need of it. You have no right to deny your organs to The People. In any case, once you are dead, would will unable to complain. Now lie back and breath deeply, it will all be over soon. And don't struggle, you might damage an organ. Damaging The People's property is a serious offense with a very heavy fine that would have to be deducted from your Citizen's Death Benefit due your heirs.
Think this is a ridiculous scenario? In the UK a proposal is in the works that would mean automatic consent for organ donation after death, unless you had specifically opted out. In short, your organs are assumed to be the property of the state unless you specifically indicate otherwise in some national register.
